A New Addition

If you have ever visited our Langley location, you would have noticed an old yellow ramp sitting in the middle of our loading yard. A few years ago we decided to upgrade it with proper safety railings and a new paint job, but we knew one day it would have to go.

Though that ramp served us well for over 8 years, we were finding that lately, it was needing regular repairs. The frequency of repairs had increased to the point that it needed some type of service every few months. Last month we decided it had ramped its last load. On that note, the whole T&P team is excited to have a brand new addition to our yard – a beautiful, custom built, loading ramp.

Announcing a New ELD Partnership

With the ELD deadline approaching on December 18th of this year, we are happy that our early efforts find a supportive ELD provider has paid off. Without having to deal with device shortages and a waiting list, T&P Trucking is happy to announce that we will be utilizing the full support of Switchboard Inc for their electronic logging, GPS, IFTA, safety and document management services!

Almost everyone travelling to any of the Fraser Valley communities is feeling the annoyance of constant congestion and delays in their drive. Many say they just try to avoid this part of the highway whenever they can. What can be done to repair this mess?

The Government of Canada and the B.C Ministry of Transportation seem to have the solution.

Farewell to a Good Friend

It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Tibor Laczko on January 18, 2017 at 52 years of age in Beaverdam, Ohio. He will be greatly missed by all those who knew him, especially by his beloved wife. His legacy will live on through his surviving family; By his wife Maria, his two daughters Dora and Zsofia, and his son Gregory.

New Operations Manager Announcement

This is a formal announcement that on October 16, 2015, Derek Pearce has assumed the role and title of Operations Manager within our company. He has been working with T&P Trucking since 2007, and during that time he has gained much insight and experience in dealing with both internal functions and external operations of the company. He is an obvious choice and we have every confidence that he is well suited for this role. His dedication and work ethic are a testimony to this.
